We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a residential development in Haslemere. The role involves overseeing the internal and finishing stages of a 45-unit timber frame scheme. This is a 9-month contract with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all internal works and finishing trades

Maintain high standards of quality and ensure deadlines are met

Conduct site inductions and ensure health & safety compliance

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team

Requirements:

Previous experience delivering internals and finishes on residential schemes

Timber frame build experience is essential

Valid SMSTS and First Aid certifications

Strong organisational and leadership skills
