Are you passionate about early childhood education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and friendly team in York.

As a key member of our nursery, you will provide a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. You will play a vital role in supporting each child’s development through creative play, structured learning, and meaningful interactions.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Observing and assessing children’s development to plan engaging and age-appropriate activities

Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive environment

Supporting the team in promoting a happy and supportive culture

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent)

Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

Strong communication and organisational skills

A genuine passion for working with young children
