Salary: Up to £65,000 + car / allowance + benefits

We’re representing a reputable, family-run Mechanical Contractor with a loyal client base and long-term workload across the Midlands.
They’re looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to manage a range of projects from design through to handover, typically between £250k and £2m in value.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing project delivery, labour, and procurement
*
Attending client and progress meetings
*
Managing budgets, timescales, and quality standards
*
Coordinating with electrical teams for full M&E delivery
Requirements:
*
Experience managing HVAC or building services installations
*
Good technical knowledge of mechanical systems
*
Strong client communication and leadership skills
