Branta are looking for flexible and reliable Helpdesk Operative to join our Out of Hours team, working 3–4 night shifts per week.
The Role:

Answering incoming calls and logging queries
*
Providing support and resolving customer requests where possible
*
Escalating issues to the appropriate teams when required
*
Ensuring accurate records and communication throughout
Shift Pattern:
*
Between 18:00 – 08:00 (varied shifts)
*
Must be prepared to work some weekends

£12.60 per hour + additional night shift allowance
