Junior HR Advisor – Step into a Bigger Role in a People-First Global Business

We are recruiting for a Junior HR Advisor, where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the people experience of a medium-sized global company on the move. You’ll support a dynamic HR Manager who works underneath a people-first CEO who genuinely values HR.
This isn’t your typical HR admin role. Yes, there’s plenty of foundational HR work – but there’s also room to grow, lead on meaningful projects, and support the roll-out of the new HR strategy. Think systems implementation, new learning platforms, and people initiatives that really make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the day-to-day HR administration – from onboarding to leavers and everything in between.
Prepare contracts, manage HR data and keep records accurate and up to date on the HRIS (they use HiBob).
Support payroll and benefits processes with timely and accurate updates.
Help roll out the new Learning Platform (Learning Pool) and keep learning records up to date.
Be a key contact for employee and manager queries and a trusted source of HR knowledge.
Work closely with the HR Manager to deliver exciting new people projects aligned with the evolving HR Strategy.
Champion continuous improvement in all things HR – from systems to service.What You’ll Bring
3+ years of HR experience, ideally with some exposure to advisory-level tasks.
Hands-on experience with HR systems (HiBob and Learning Pool would be a bonus).
Strong administrative skills – you’re organised, accurate and confident managing confidential data.
A proactive mindset – you like solving problems, not just spotting them.
Great communication and people skills – approachable, helpful, and professional.
Ideally, you’ll have (or be working towards) CIPD Level 5, but this isn’t essential if you’ve got the experience.This is your chance to step into a role that will challenge and develop you. You’ll get:
