Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Derby, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £36k + Training + Benefits

An industry leading Asbestos Consultancy based in the Midlands are now seeking to take on an Asbestos Surveyor to join their longstanding team. You will be working on predominantly Educational sites undertaking asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG 264 guidelines and client requirements. Our client can offer training into further Pcert qualifications, excellent basic salary, generous holiday allowance and company pension scheme.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Beeston, Nottingham, Burton Upon Trent, Loughborough, Leicester, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, Corby, Lichfield, Tamworth, Walsall, West Bromwich, Birmingham, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Worcester, Solihull, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Wolverhampton, Dudley.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working for a reputable Asbestos Consultancy, working hands on as a surveyor.
" In-depth knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
" Able to use industry relevant systems (TEAMS / TRACKER)
" Excellent time management / communication skills.
The Role:
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, re-inspection, and demolition surveys.
" Conducting ACM sampling, ensuring to bag and label samples correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Carrying out surveying duties in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports, ensuring to send them to clients in a timely manner.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support when required.
