Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits

Our client is seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to cover domestic and local authority contracts in the South East of England. They are a busy outfit with a well-established team, who has recently won new contracts in the region. Candidates must have strong hands-on site experience as well as excellent technical knowledge. You will be travelling across: Luton, Hitchin, Biggleswade, Sandy, St Neots, Cambridge, Bedford, Northampton, Buckingham, Brackley, Bicester, Aylesbury, Watford, St Albans, Bishop's Stortford, Saffron Walden, Enfield, Harrow, Wembley, Stevenage, Harlow, Sawbridgeworth, Potter's Bar, Cheshunt, Chigwell, Ilford, Barking, Romford, Chelmsford, Braintree.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have proven experience undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys
- Will have worked across a mix of local authority, domestic and commercial sites
- Qualified with the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent)
- Good understanding of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using IT software to complete reports

The Role:
- Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
- Safely collecting ACM samples from site
- Wearing the correct PPE at all times
- Writing detailed survey reports
- Discussing technical matters directly with clients
- Travelling across client sites and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
