What you'll be doing:

Designing and building custom jigs, fixtures, and tools to improve production

Writing clear, practical build instructions and process documents

Working closely with production teams to solve technical issues and refine methods

Supporting training and development of technicians across the floor

Getting involved in product design reviews and suggesting manufacturing improvements

Taking part in investigations when things go wrong – and helping to make sure they don’t happen again

Playing a key role in maintaining high quality, safety, and compliance standards

What you’ll bring:

Strong hands-on experience in a production or technical role (apprenticeship-trained or similar)

A good understanding of engineering drawings and basic wiring diagrams

A practical, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail

Willingness to learn CAD (Autodesk Inventor experience is a bonus)

A self-starting attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team

Experience with electro-mechanical assembly or epoxies is a plus—but not essential
