Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving the growth of our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of market trends.
Duties
* Sales development and planning to include monthly reporting.
* Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through networking, research, and outreach efforts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Deal with customer enquiries, raising quotations and order processing.
* Liase with factory management to understand and develop customer requirements and processes
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales roles, preferably within the coatings or coatings applications' industry.
* Exposure/familiarity with manufacturing
* Excellent IT, verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, having the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and your work colleagues.
* Flexible, resourceful, multi-tasking and have attention to detail.
