Weekend Front of House Sales Associate

Location: Hertfordshire

Hours: Saturdays 9am–5pm & Sundays 10am–4pm

Are you a people-person with a passion for delivering great first impressions? We’re looking for a confident and personable Front of House Sales Associate to join our team on weekends.

Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, or property, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused setting and enjoys creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Duties include:

Greeting all visitors with warmth and professionalism

Handling general front-of-house duties

Answering enquiries, booking appointments, and managing walk-ins

Communicating clearly and confidently via phone, email, and face-to-face

Supporting with occasional admin and tasks to keep things running smoothly

What You’ll Be/Have:

A naturally friendly, approachable manner and great communication skills

The ability to build rapport naturally

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Experience in a customer-facing role

A can-do attitude and enthusiasm for working in a people-first environment
