We are recruiting an English Teacher for a secondary school in Redditch. This is a long-term position teaching KS3 and KS4, ideal for experienced teachers or ECTs.

Key responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and structured English lessons

Monitoring student progress and attainment

Managing classroom behaviour effectively

Supporting departmental planning

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching English at secondary level
