Are you a CNC Setter / Operator with experience on Milling machines that is looking to step into a role that offers full technical training and progression with the scope of you to become a go-to technical programmer?

On offer is a days based role that will require often travel across the UK, that also offers unlimited optional 1.5x overtime and bonuses so you can maximize your earnings.

Responsibilities:

Set up, program, and operate CNC/milling machines
Frequent travel across the UK - All paid
Conduct routine maintenance on machinery.
Work with team members to produce high-quality bespoke parts.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Keep work area clean and organized.Requirements:

Previous experience as a CNC/Milling Machine Setter Operator
Train/qualification in CNC/Milling Machine operation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and precision
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
