Job Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Contract Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a large portfolio of sites nationwide for multiple customers. If you’re an experienced contract manager from a technical background and P&L understanding, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage FM service contracts

* Ensure SLA and KPI compliance

* Control budgets and costs

* Oversee supplier performance

* Manage contract risks and variations

* Ensure H&S and compliance standards

* Support client relationships

* Drive service quality and improvement

Requirements

* Technical background

* 3 years’ experience in a similar position

* UK Drivers License

* Right to work in the UK
