About the RoleIn this role, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that complex requirements are translated into clear, actionable solutions. You'll play a central role in improving processes, optimising systems, and driving the successful delivery of the FY2026 change portfolio.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with senior-level visibility.Key Responsibilities

Work with senior stakeholders across Corporate Banking to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for delivery teams.
Lead and facilitate workshops, design sessions, and end‑to‑end process analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation.
Partner closely with development and testing teams to support solution design, develop test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure final deliverables meet business and regulatory needs.Skills & Experience Required

5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within corporate or wholesale banking, working on technology or change initiatives.
Strong technical understanding, including process modelling, data analysis, and familiarity with core banking systems such as payments, cash management, or trade finance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong delivery focus.
Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence) and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
