Lecturer – SEND (Full-Time) Location: Bromley
Salary: £33,771 – £41,515 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role As a Lecturer in SEND, you will play a key role in providing an outstanding educational experience to learners with a wide range of abilities and needs. Responsibilities include:

Planning, delivering, and organising sessions across Personal Progression and Employment Pathway programmes.
Teaching both accredited and non-accredited courses, tailored to individual learner needs.
Supporting curriculum development and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
Participating in promotional events to raise awareness of the provision.What We’re Looking For
Proven teaching experience or substantial industry expertise relevant to SEND.
A recognised teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
Minimum of Level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners effectively.
Organisational skills to manage records and maintain high-quality administrative processes.
Experience working with learners who have medical or health needs (desirable).This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator who wants to make a real difference in the lives of SEND learners.
