Hyperion Partners are delighted to be working in partnership with a respected housing charity to recruit an experienced and driven Supported Housing Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-led organisation delivering high-quality supported housing and housing support services to vulnerable individuals, including those facing homelessness, mental health challenges, and other complex needs.
The Opportunity
As Supported Housing Manager, you will take both operational and strategic responsibility for the delivery of safe, compliant, and person-centred supported housing services.
You will lead a team of housing professionals, ensuring excellent tenancy management, safeguarding standards, and positive outcomes for residents. This role requires strong partnership working with local authorities, registered providers, commissioners, and third-sector organisations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee supported housing services across multiple schemes
* Manage tenancy functions including lettings, voids, rent arrears, ASB, and safeguarding
* Ensure compliance with housing legislation, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, housing associations, and partner agencies
* Monitor and manage service budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and income maximisation
* Drive service performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
* Oversee property standards, health & safety compliance, and repairs programmes
* Produce reports for senior leadership and trustees
* Promote resident engagement and customer involvement initiatives
About You
Our client is seeking a confident and knowledgeable housing professional who can combine operational expertise with strong leadership capability.
You will have:
* Proven experience within supported housing, supported living, or housing support services.
* Management experience within a housing charity, housing association, or third-sector organisation
* Strong knowledge of housing law, safeguarding, tenancy management, and welfare benefits
* Experience managing contracts or working in partnership with local authorities and commissioners
* Budget management experience
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
