The Role:
As a Mixed Year 3/4 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to both Year 3 and Year 4 pupils
*
Differentiate effectively to meet the varied needs within a mixed-age class
*
Use assessment to monitor progress and inform future planning
*
Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
*
Work collaboratively with Key Stage 2 colleagues to ensure consistency and share best practices
*
Build strong, communicative relationships with parents and carers
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with KS2 teaching experience, ideally across Years 3 and/or 4
*
A good understanding of how to plan and teach a mixed-age class
*
Excellent classroom management and organisation skills
*
A creative, flexible, and reflective approach to teaching
*
Commitment to inclusive education and promoting the development of all learners
