About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) You'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of around 100 commercial sites, including offices, retail units, and small facilities.

This is a field-based role, ideal for someone based in or around Lincoln, Boston, or Sleaford. The role offers variety, independence, and the chance to manage your own diary.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general building maintenance and electrical works (approx. 30% electrical, 70% fabric/building).

Complete monthly PPM tasks (70–80 per month) including emergency lighting and annual electrical tests.

Respond to minor repairs and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.

*

Work independently to manage schedules, travel, and workload.

Ensure all work meets health & safety and compliance standards.

*

Provide accurate job reporting and documentation

What You’ll Need:

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (required)

*

Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

*

Good all-round maintenance knowledge (plumbing, fabric, general repairs)

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

*

Comfortable working alone and managing your own time
