THE ROLE OF THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT AND SKILLS NEEDED

A high level of attention to detail will be required as the Management Accountant – our Clients Finance Team is dynamic in approach and operates at a fast pace.

You will work to prepare / develop and analyze Key Financial Information – therefore you will need a strong understanding of end to end Management Accounts and be able to communicate complex Financial Information accuratley.

This will include

* Prepare Monthly and Annual Financial Statements – working closely with the Financial Accountant

* Detailed review and analysis of Profit and Loss

* Prepare Annual Budgets – with Quarterly Reforecasts and Monthly Analysis

* Preparation of detailed Costing to take into account Accruals

* Feed into Year End Final Accounts Preparation

* Ad hoc Projects

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

* Annual Salary of c £38,000 – £45,000 – dependent on level of Qualifications or Experience

* Annual Salary Review – our Client also looks to pay an Annual Bonus based on Profit

* 25 Days Holiday PLUS Bank Hols

* Flex start and finish can be offered – the role is Office based – Monday – Friday

* Study Support if needed
