A commercial law firm based close to the City, our client has a team of experienced and dedicated lawyers offering a comprehensive range of legal services to clients in the UK and overseas. Due to their continuous growth, they are now looking to employ a paralegal to join their busy team.
Position Overview for this Commercial Property Paralegal role:
An experienced Paralegal with experience in either residential and/or commercial property is sought for a highly regarded firm in London on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to partners within the department, the successful paralegal will join a busy property team in Central London. Utilising your skills and expertise to handle a busy and varied workload covering a broad range of property matters, the successful applicant will ensure excellent performance at all times.
Essential skills and experience for this Paralegal role:
Assisting a senior fee earner in commercial property matters
Liaising with clients and other professionals
File management
Drafting legal documents
Landlord and tenant matters
Developments
Drafting leases
Property finance
Sales and purchasesRequirements for this Paralegal:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial property
Educated to a minimum of degree level with completion of the LPC or SQE1
Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
