Onsite Recruitment Coordinator
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: Permanent £25k - £28k OTE
As an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, managing workforce allocation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between staff and site management. You will also be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct daily check-ins with staff to ensure all shift requirements are met.
* Communicate key updates and instructions for upcoming shifts.
* Manage onsite workers and ensure following site process.
* Manage shift bookings, ensuring full staff coverage.
* Maintain compliance records, including fire registers.
* Track staff availability to support efficient scheduling.
* Handle urgent staffing requests and workforce adjustments.
* Conduct site visits and liaise with key stakeholders.
* Confirm candidates for upcoming shifts.
* Assist with new starter inductions and ensure smooth onboarding.
* Address queries and resolve issues as they arise.
