We’re a forward-thinking engineering team looking for a Lead Electrical Design & Controls Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of our next-generation production systems.

You’ll take ownership of all things electrical and control systems; from hardware design to PLC programming while helping to shape the future of sustainable, high-performance engineering.

Working in a forward thinking organisation, you will be offered a hybrid working model; 2 days in the Oxford office & 3 days from home.

What You’ll Do:

Lead electrical and control systems design for advanced in house machinery

*

Drive PLC strategy (Schneider) and support system performance at customer sites

*

Own electrical documentation, compliance, and system testing

*

Collaborate closely with a highly skilled, supportive team

*

Troubleshoot, innovate, and help bring new ideas to life

What You’ll Need:

*

Electrical design experience (hardware, 2D layouts, compliance)

*

Strong PLC programming skills

*

Solid understanding of industrial protocols

*

A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
