Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Oxford
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term
We are seeking two Warehouse Coordinators to join our team based at Oxford Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a leading UK helicopter support organisation, contributing to the smooth operation of our Material Management Warehouse.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of materials. Working closely with Team Leaders and Management, you'll help maintain high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy while supporting day-to-day operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, repairs, tool control).

Ensure materials are handled in line with airworthiness and company standards.

Maintain accurate records using SAP and other business systems.

Support continuous improvement and stock control processes.

Work collaboratively across departments to meet performance targets.

About You

Experience within aviation or a similar technical warehouse environment (preferred).

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Forklift licence and full UK driving licence (preferred).

Computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office and SAP systems.

Proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Additional Information

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

DBS and SC clearance may be required due to the nature of the role.
