Key Responsibilities:
• Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and execute audit plans, ensuring
compliance with standards and regulations.
• Team Management: Supervise junior staff, providing guidance, training, and
performance feedback.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing
exceptional service and addressing client concerns.
• Audit Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports, clearly articulating findings
and recommendations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks during audits.
• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to audit processes and
methodologies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Professional Qualification: ACA/ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Audit Experience: Experience in leading and managing audits, preferably in a specific
sector (e.g., NFP, Banking).
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and delegate effectively, motivate team
members, and provide constructive feedback.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the
ability to interact with clients and senior management.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and provide
insightful recommendations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet
deadlines.
