Assignment Description

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented System Developer to provide Systems & Tools support within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the systems and digital tools that underpin daily departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and monitor existing systems, dashboards, and digital tools.

- Troubleshoot technical and data-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Identify and resolve recurring problems, documenting root causes and solutions.

- Provide user support and assist colleagues in utilizing tools effectively.

- Identify improvement opportunities within processes, automations, and data flows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality.

- Ensure data quality and consistency through regular checks and maintenance.

- Participate in system upgrades or implementation projects as required.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with data systems, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically and efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded attitude.

- Familiarity with platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools.

- Structured approach with attention to accuracy and continuous improvement.

- Capability to work independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
