Supply Team Education are currently recruiting for a School Kitchen Assistant on behalf of our client, a busy Secondary School in Cardiff.

With an immediate start, the working hours will be 9.30am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should have a Food Hygiene Certificate at Level 1 or 2 and possess an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Providing support to chefs

* Washing, peeling and preparing food items

* Using a variety of kitchen equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters

* Unloading deliveries

* Organising the storeroom

* Washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls
