Administrator – Substance Misuse Service (Mon–Fri, Wednesdays Off)
Location: Leamington Spa
Rate: £15.98/hour Ltd around £13.50PAYE
Contract Type: Temporary Agency
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Substance Misuse sector for an experienced Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting vital services in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to clinical and operational teams
Managing patient records and updating databases accurately
Handling appointment bookings and correspondence
Supporting service users with queries in a professional and confidential manner
Liaising with internal departments and external agencies
Assisting with reporting, audits, and general office dutiesRequirements:
Previous experience working in a Substance Misuse service, NHS, or medical practice
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
