This is a new and exciting role within the business, offering the opportunity to specialise and develop our existing M&E client portfolio across the London and South Eastregion, with potential to expand further on a national scale.

About the Role
As an M&E White Collar Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in developing and expanding this specialist area within our professional services division. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and managing client relationships across the M&E and Building Services market.
Proactively developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client accounts.
Conducting site visits, client meetings, and presentations to strengthen partnerships and secure new business.
Working closely with our delivery and support teams to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.
Taking ownership of the M&E desk, with a clear path to growth and leadership.

About You
Proven experience within white collar construction recruitment – ideally M&E / Building Services
Confident in business development and relationship management
Self-motivated, driven, and commercially astute
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Keen to take ownership of a growing market and shape its future direction
