About the Role

Are you passionate about transforming lives through education? We're looking for an enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join a warm, inclusive school in Northamptonshire. You'll work with incredible pupils aged 4-17 who have diverse and complex needs, including autism, SEMH, and communication challenges.This is more than a teaching role-it's an opportunity to inspire confidence, independence, and joy in learning.

Your Impact

Create tailored, sensory-rich lessons aligned with EHCP outcomes.
Use innovative tools like PECS, Makaton, and other communication aids.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of support staff, therapists, and families.
Build a safe, nurturing classroom where every child feels valued.
Track progress and contribute to reviews that truly make a difference.
What We're Looking For

QTS and experience in SEN or specialist settings.
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
Resilience, creativity, and adaptability in the classroom.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
