The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and focus on the cleaning and sales industries. This is a 360° recruitment role where you'll take ownership of your own desk—building client relationships, sourcing top talent, and placing candidates into permanent and temporary roles across the UK.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement

Develop a strong pipeline of clients within the cleaning and facilities management sector, as well as B2B sales roles
*
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
*
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles
*
Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs
*
Achieve individual and team targets, with full support from management
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the CRM
Ideal Candidate
*
Experience in recruitment or B2B sales (sector experience in cleaning/facilities is a plus)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
