Legal IT Application Support Analyst, M365, Visual Files, Practice Management, Manchester, Mainly Remote

Application Support Analyst required to work for a law firm based in Manchester. This role is mostly remote, with circa 2 days per week required in the office.

We need a good, all round Legal IT Application Support Analyst with experience in M365 (therefore Office 365 and Sharepoint 365 etc) and it is preferred you have experience with Aderant, the Practice Management System (supporting the basics). Alternatively, the likes of Elite 3E could be considered. Basic SQL skills are required too.

We also want someone who is prepared to upskill in the likes of more high level Aderant queries and requests, along with making a start with Python Development. Key Skills Required:

Microsoft 365: Maintain and support the firms SharePoint intranet; Continued development of the firms Client Portals solution built on SharePoint and Aderant Drive

Visual Files: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and development of Visual Files case management system; Maintain and support SQL Server databases underpinning core business applications.

Reporting: Write, maintain, and optimise SQL queries and reports.

Artificial intelligence: Developing capabilities utilising the firms chosen Generative AI platform.
