Production Operative | Blandford Area| £12.21 per hour up to £12.60 per hour , Overtime Available

Are you eager to kickstart a career as a Trainee Production Operative or maybe you are a skilled Machine Operator or Warehouse Operative with Forklift experience?  We have exciting opportunities available for dedicated individuals to join our client team. Due to the location of the company, owning your own transport is essential for this role!

As a Production Operative your duties will involve:

Loading and unloading the machines, following basic job sheets to complete tasks accurately
Accurately, efficiently, and safely saw, maximize yield from each piece.
Conducting visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Stack, band, and label each completed order in a safe and presentable manner.
As a Production Operative, you’ll have:

A strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience in operating machinery or Forklift is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail, reliable and punctual.
Strong proficiency in English and mathematics.
