Job Title: Embroiderer / Heat Transfer Press Operator
Location: Weybridge
Pay: £12.21 - £14.00 Dependant on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday Days

We’re looking for a skilled Embroiderer / Heat Transfer Press Operator to join our growing team! If you have a keen eye for detail, experience with embroidery machinery, and are comfortable operating heat press equipment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities of the Embroiderer / Heat Transfer Press Operator:
Operate embroidery machines to add company logos and designs to workwear and various garments.
Set up, adjust, and monitor machines for different materials and stitch types.
Operate heat transfer press machinery for garment decoration.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
Troubleshoot and carry out basic maintenance on machinery as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.What we are looking for in our Embroiderer / Heat Transfer Press Operator:
Proven experience operating embroidery machines and heat press equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work orders.
Familiarity with different embroidery techniques and stitch types.
Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
