Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Principal Geoenvironmental Engineer on behalf of our client in Stockport.

A high level of technical knowledge in expect whereby an associate director can authorise all types of technical report produced by GeoCon which include:

* Business Development, Bringing in new clients and work within the Manchester and Northwest area.

* Preparation of quotes, delegating and managing quotes with the quoting team.

* Maintaining and developing client relations.

* Phase I Preliminary Risk Assessments

* Phase II Site Investigation Reports

* Phase III Remediation Strategies

* Phase IV Validation and Verification (for both gas and land contamination)

* Coal Mining Risk Assessments

* Soakaway Investigations

* Combination of environmental and geotechnical report writing, both factual and interpretative, production of CSM and contaminated land risk assessments

* Knowledge and execution of all the above investigation techniques with a high level of technical understanding for each aspect, including site activities

* Mentoring junior staff

* Good management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

* Being part of the team and working well within the team

* Liaising with clients

* Liaising with regulators and other stakeholders

* Day to day support and training supervision of more junior members of staff

* Assisting with day-to-day general office tasks

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a senior Geo role

Salary Highly negotiable DOE
