We’re recruiting for a skilled and reliable Sous Chef to support a busy kitchen team in Margate on a temporary basis.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Sous Chef (3-4years)

* Confident running service and supporting the Head Chef

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred)
