The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 
Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Support children with additional learning or emotional needs
Help create a safe, engaging and inspiring learning environmentThis role would suit someone who is passionate about helping children grow in confidence, independence and academic ability.
