About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic financial company as a Customer Service Advisor, where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, providing support and guidance on a range of financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries.
* Providing information and assistance on life assurance, savings, investments, and pension plans.
* Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Updating customer records and personal information accurately.
* Supporting customers during significant life events, such as planning for retirement or managing bereavements.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure swift resolution of customer queries.
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions for future reference.

Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy.
* Proficient in using multiple IT applications and Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a financial setting, is advantageous but not essential.
