Your Leadership Responsibilities:

Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership of the Music department

Overseeing curriculum planning, assessment and student progress

Leading a team of peripatetic teachers and music instructors

Building links with the local music community and feeder primaries

The Successful Candidate Will Be:

A qualified teacher of Music with experience of leading or developing curriculum

Passionate about music performance, composition and appreciation

Able to lead by example and foster a strong departmental identity

Clear in communication and driven in ambition for the arts
