Revit Technician – Building Services / MEP

£35k to £45k (dept on experience level)

London, City, Liverpool Street (Hybrid)

MEP / Building Services Design / Revit MEP / Consultancy / Revit Technician / AutoCAD Technician

This role is an opportunity for an MEP Revit Technician to join an established building services consultancy with a secure and interesting pipeline of work. It involves all stages of the design process through to handover.

Projects are often large and complex and can include large commercial builds, life sciences, manufacturing, government property and education.

The Role

* Producing detailed, coordinated service models accurately.

* Collaborating with the MEP team to deliver quality projects to agreed deadlines.

* Develop sketches and concepts into drawing details with understanding of the engineering practices behind them.

* Produce detailed models to high level of detail.

* Provide guidance and advice to design Engineers on Revit techniques.

* Communicating with the engineers.

The Person

* A minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in the building services industry is essential.

* You will have practical working experience as a Revit / AutoCAD Technician in a Building Services environment.

* Working directly with the engineers you will be able to manage & priorities you own workload.

* You must be able to work in the UK now and in the future with no sponsorship requirements
