Cover Supervisors – Flexible Opportunities in Warwick
Pay: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

We’re working in partnership with Communities Academies Trust to recruit Cover Supervisors to support schools across Warwick. If you have experience in education, sports coaching, youth work, or similar fields—and you’re enthusiastic about helping students succeed—we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task
Create a calm, respectful, and productive learning environment
Support students with lesson materials and answer any questions they may have
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and follow school policies
Communicate any concerns or incidents to the appropriate school staff
Promote an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning experience
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with young people, ideally in a school or similar setting
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in managing behaviour and maintaining engagement
A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different year groups and subjects
A positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to contribute to school life
