Bates & Bradshaw are proud to be working in partnership with a leading UK manufacturer as they continue to invest in and expand their Maintenance Team. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to play a key role in maintaining the smooth and efficient running of machinery, equipment, and site facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out maintenance, repair and installation of factory machinery and equipment
* Respond to breakdowns and maintenance tickets in a timely and safe manner
* Support the execution of preventative maintenance schedules and statutory safety checks
* Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime
* Collaborate with production teams to ensure consistent and reliable operations
About You:
* Experienced in a factory or manufacturing maintenance environment
* Electrically biased with strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
* Qualified to Level 2 and Level 3 in Engineering (Apprentice-trained preferred)
* A proactive, dependable team player who can work independently when needed
* Willing and able to work a rotating shift pattern
Shift Pattern
* Monday to Friday (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am)
