Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school in the Farnworth area of Bolton. This is a full-time role to start as soon as possible, supporting pupils across Key Stage 2.

This inclusive and nurturing school is seeking a proactive individual who can provide high-quality classroom support and build positive relationships with pupils to help them reach their full potential.

The Role:

Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities

Delivering small group interventions in literacy and numeracy

Providing 1:1 support where required

Supporting children with additional needs

Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management

The Ideal Candidate:

Has previous experience working in a primary school setting

Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)

Is confident supporting phonics and early reading

Demonstrates patience, flexibility and a positive attitude

Can build strong rapport with pupils and staff
