Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and shaping the educational journey of primary students? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our Outstanding client school as a Key Stage 2 Teacher in High Wycombe, starting in September.

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for academic success and personal growth in our students. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact, inspire curiosity, and create a supportive learning environment for young learners.

Key Stage 2 Teacher Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that align with the national curriculum, catering to the developmental needs and interests of Key Stage 2 students.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to foster a love for learning, develop essential literacy and numeracy skills, and promote critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
Assess student progress through ongoing formative assessment and periodic summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their academic growth and development.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of each child, addressing individual needs and celebrating achievements.
Participate in departmental meetings, school-wide initiatives, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and contribute to the wider school community.

Qualifications:

Relevant university degree and PGCE or equivalent.
Experience within UK schools is required for candidates holding an overseas teaching degree.
