A well-established regional contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver projects across East Yorkshire region.

The business has a long-standing reputation for quality delivery and works across a varied portfolio including care homes, refurbishment, local authority schemes, steel frame warehouses, factory extensions and leisure centres.

The role:

Sole responsibility for the delivery of projects typically valued up to £4-5m

Day-to-day management of site operations, programme and quality

Managing subcontractors and coordinating all on-site activities

Ensuring compliance with health & safety, CDM regulations and company procedures

Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams

Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager

About you:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects up to £4-5m

Background in commercial, industrial, refurbishment or similar projects

Confident managing sites autonomously

Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills

Trustworthy, reliable and delivery-focused
