Semi-Skilled Operative - Caravan Manufacturing

Location: HU7

Pay Rate: £14.44 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:45pm

We're recruiting semi-skilled operatives with joinery or chassis experience to join a leading caravan manufacturer in HU7. If you've worked with timber, frameworks, undercarriages, or structural fittings, this role offers a great opportunity to put your skills to use within a growing and fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and assemble internal structures, furniture, and fixtures with accuracy
Use hand and power tools confidently - ideal for those with joinery skills
Assist with caravan chassis assembly, fitting structural components, and working on underframe builds
Work to high-quality standards to meet production deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with other trades and team members throughout the build process

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in joinery, carpentry, chassis assembly, or similar hands-on roles
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to read instructions, work independently, and contribute effectively to a team
