The Role & Benefits

Competitive Salary: Up to £42,109 + £3,000 Retention Supplement.

Balanced Schedule: Standard 8:30 am – 4:30 pm hours (usually out by 5:00 pm).

Manageable Workload: 24 hours of teaching, with the remaining time dedicated to planning, prep, marking, and cover.

Stability: A permanent position within a local educational hub.

Experience in Primary or Secondary teaching.

Ability to engage learners at Functional Skills levels.
