Key Duties and Tasks for HGV Trailer Technician / Trialer Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician:
As an HGV Technician, you’ll inspect, maintain, and repair trailers to top compliance and safety standards
Diagnose issues using EBS systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE
Accurately complete all compliance documentation and service records
Engage in training to stay sharp and up to date as a professional HGV Mechanic
Follow all Health & Safety guidelines while maintaining a clean, safe workspace
Deliver a high standard of customer service

We want enthusiastic a HGV Trailer Technician / Trialer Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Essential:
Experience working with semi-trailers or HGVs
Industry qualifications – City & Guilds, NVQ, or similar
Desirable:
HGV Class 1 licence
IRTEC certification
Knowledge of EBS diagnostics and braking systems
Welding certification
Experience with tail lifts and double-deck trailers
