Quantity Surveyor - Plymouth

Permanent role 

Based in my clients Plymouth office with some time spent on site. You will be an integral part of the running of a busy construction business, working alongside a friendly and experienced team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects including residential and commercial. 

Day to day:

Provide estimates/costs to client where necessary
Send all orders to subcontractors
Request quotations from subcontractors
Agree subcontractors variations
Sign off subcontractors variations and orders
Order materials for Operatives and Supervisors
Apply valuations and invoices to client as agreed dates
Raise client invoices
Weekly internal contract meeting
Measure bigger jobs to capture all elements of works

Requirements:

Good Quantity Surveying Experience
Relevant Surveying Degree
Working days are Monday to Friday
