Are you a Contract Manager from a Flooring background with experience working with resin flooring looking for a role in a family-run flooring and finishing company currently experiencing a period of exponential growth, working projects of all sizes ranging from residential floor installs all the way to large scale commercial and industrial projects?

In this role you will be responsible for discussing project requirements and specifications with external clients ensuring smooth project delivery, carrying out site survey inspections, completing site audit reports, liaising with the estimating team and operations manager to ensure all parties are informed of project expectations, and monitoring the project budget to minimize overspending.
