Novum Personnel is assisting recruiting for a talented Estimator/Quantity Surveyor A local Hull based Company. This dual role is key to the commercial success of our innovative interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.

What you’ll do:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
Manage project budgets, contracts, and variations
Collaborate with design and PM teams
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Monitor costs, forecast spend, and ensure profitability 

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in estimating and QS (fit-out/construction)
Strong understanding of materials, pricing & contracts (JCT/NEC)
Excellent analytical, communication & negotiation skills
Degree in QS, Construction Management or similar 

Nice to have:

RICS/CIOB membership
Knowledge of sustainable building practices
